My story in neos..

I met my first neo in the mid 90’s, my good friend, Carman had one!!! Scared the crap out of me at first, but he turned out to be a great dog, and friend. We still miss his silly ass…Fabio..Remember that long haired model, male??? Fabio, yeah… farthest thing from that guy!!

Anyway, I obtained one, from a BYB, for my daughter, Sophie! We obtained 4 others, also from BYB’s, but 2 had incredible bloodlines, and I kept them, and bred them. I had a litter in 97, I believe it was. I rescued a sick little baby in 97, and she lived to be 10. Hooch, (stupid name) was 9, Bina, was 8 when she passed. There have been a few others, not unimportant to this story… I loved them all.

Fast forward, 2007.

I met a friend who was showing 2 other breeds. I had always wanted to show, and with her encouragement, obtained 2 beautiful show dogs. And started showing. Early on, I was showing dogs, of not great quality, but then I had my baby Bono…. He was beautiful. We won, at the DKC, winner’s dog, one of the days, 2 points!!! He died, 3 weeks later, in my yard. At one year, and 4 days.

I had 2 necropsies done, (many have heard this story, sorry, it’s pertinent to mine), he had 2 liters of blood in his chest, there was no toxins, in either necropsy, nor evidence of trauma. the only things other than physical problems that could have caused that. I’m not going to discuss further what happened between the breeder and I, it has been beat to a pulp. I think she is wrong for the way it was handled, .. However,this taught me plenty. I do NOT EVER intend on treating others the way I was treated. And if there are tests recommended for my dogs, they will be done, in a timely manner.

At this time, I obtained Click, Caligula di Agrippina, from a wonderful breeder. I can’t say enough good things about Nikki. She is a great mentor, and I thank you, Nikki, for your kindness.

I also wanted another show female, and I had met William (Bill) Goetz at a show in Grand Rapids, MI, the year before. I had admired Merlin and Prunella, (Centurian Mastini Merlin and Ironstone Sirius Leigh Adeva). He and I were the only ones who showed up to show our dogs, he had 2, I had Bono. (another breeder did not show). He gave me a card (after assuring me he wasn’t trying to sell me a dog), I tucked it away in my car, never thinking the events of the next few months would happen.

When Bono died, I called Centurian, remembering kindness. I had done research, and Centurian was responsible, and respected. I could have reached Anita, but Bill answered the phone. I cried a lot, (even tho I was really trying not to, I couldn’t help it) explaining about Bono. I bought a female, out of Fionna, and Vinny, and Ziggy came home, to Michigan with me.

Now, there were still all these puppies here, at Centurian, and both Bill and Anita asked if I was interested in attending the Atlanta show, to help Bill with several dogs. I managed to get off work, my neighbor watched my dogs, (and yes, I had several!!), and I went. Now, I really prior to meeting these 2, had no idea there was a divorce in process. And, yes, there was. I did not break up this marriage. Anita had filed for it. Twice.

Now, that trip to Atlanta, was interesting and very fun, until Anita showed up(I was going per both Anita and Bill’s request, cuz someone needed to stay at the kennel with the dogs/puppies)  and made an incredible scene. She yelled, and shrieked at Bill, I was incredibly embarrassed, she followed him thru the show, shouting at him. She assaulted me. We finally were able to leave, and both of us heard her on her cell phone, calling the police to report a stolen van. The van we were in was rented. Now, this was going to cause a huge problem, I told Bill we needed to go to the police, to get this straightened out. We saw a police car, stopped, we talked to him, and yes, someone had called the police, he showed us the report that printed out in his squad car… we asked for it, he couldn’t give it to us.. Now, here we were, in Atlanta, it was as hot as hell, especially in a van, with 4 neos, and the police were going to be looking for us.

If they had arrested us, the dogs would have cooked in the van, the police wouldn’t have cared. This took over 2 hours. And yes, it did happen… And we were too embarrassed to go to the dinner, for the club members, after the scene created, not by us doing anything wrong. This is what I have been dealing with, for over a year now. I walked into this, with me eyes wide open. I knew this was a nutty situation, but, this is where I belonged.

One more thing, about my Atlanta trip, when I got home, (and the only place I had been was La Porte, IN), my car was all keyed up… You know, the paint all damaged with a key?? Both sides.. Yup, and it’s still like that,, I keep it like that, to remind me, every day. I don’t have to say who did it. I have never in my life had someone key my car. I worked in downtown Detroit for 19 years, and have had windows broken out, etc… but never my car keyed. So, yeah, It was clear who it was… I chose not to fight that battle, it is too stupid, and too unimportant. And maybe, there was a point to be made. But, at this point, this divorce was well under way, and needed to happen. And as for myself, my private life, my private history… let me explain. I had been married, and divorced, with 3 children. I had been in a long term relationship for 8 years, which I ended in 1995. Hadn’t dated, (just once), had been looking, thought all the good ones were already married. Wasn’t interested in looking. I wasn’t shopping for a man. I supported myself, and my dogs. And was content.

Our life is private, we would have liked for it to have stayed that way. Our life together should be ours, but… people have felt they needed to air our business, our life, complaints, etc.. The only time we went public with our life, is when Merlin was stolen, from our home, from our bedroom, he was sleeping on our bed. Our injured dog, who we kept isolated, so he didn’t re-injure himself, or make it worse….

Again, what happened that day… My employee was in our pole barn, cleaning, when 2 imposters came into the basement. They told Kristen, when she found them, they were friends of Bill’s, and gave imposter’s names. (sorry), asked where Merlin was. He was in the bedroom, on our bed. He didn’t even want to go to Anita, she had to bribe him with a treat. They ran across the snow filled yard, with him limping, and made him jump into a SUV. We got this call while we were at the Chicago show, that Anita and her co-horts had stolen Merlin!!  And I was sick, crying for a week, this is a very ill woman, IMHO, to do these things…I thought she had killed him, (for reasons I won’t go into here, but it was very logical)  I knocked on doors, We looked all over the country side, I called every boarding kennel within a logical distance. Bill went to multiple kennels, looking for him.

I was physically ill. We were told by others that there were plans to sell him at the IKC benched show in Chicago, which made perfect sense. I notified the akc of this theft, and they were aware that Anita and Bill both, were on the registration, so Merlin could NOT be registered in anyone else’s name, without Bill signing off on it. And that wasn’t going to happen, though Anita signed Bill’s signature all the time!!  

We were advised by someone in the club hierarchy to go public with what happened. We did, that is the only reason we posted.

Others, however feel that it is within their rights to post whatever they feel like because it is Centurian, and that was started by a bitter woman over a year ago, when Centurian was “flooding” the market. Right.

As is said, by the group in this clique, (thank you, Starr, for naming the childlike actions!) “that’s neos”, whenever they something unfortunate, “unplanned”, etc…. happens, like…. Breeding 4 females, and “only” 2 take?? (maybe?). But… when Bill and Anita bred 5 females, and by the way, 2 of them were first breedings, Fionna and Delilah, I think, please don’t quote me. The other 3, were older, and were not likely to get pregnant… Katarina, Prunella, and Contessa. And all but Katarina took! And that makes Centurian a “Puppy Miller!!??” But….. Oh, well!!! That’s neos?? When others do it?? When another breeder, breeds 4 bitches, and is using an 11 month old male?

That is a double standard. By any definition. Who in their right mind would think these 4 would take? And for example, Fionna had 18, yes EIGHTEEN!!!! Puppies. And thank god she did, because one of them was my Z girl. And all 18 did not make it.

And that gives Centurian a “bad” reputation? Why? Says who?? Oh, we know who, don’t we???

And there was an accidental breeding, that KEEPS being put under a microscope. Why? Oh, and now someone has supplied info about another breeding under 12 months….. And it is being thrown up on the boards, as in there was more than one breeding of an underage male?? I’ll explain, and this is the ONLY OTHER ONE!

Bill had read a book on breeding, and it stated something about the dog needing to be at least 10 months, per the akc.

Again, not here at the time, but what I am told, per Bill, is that one of the females, (Contessa?), was in season, and going to be bred. Semen was shipped here from a male, with a poor count, and the breeding would prolly not be successful, there is more to this, and I’m sorry to not be able to remember, but Merlin was used, at 11 months, based on research, by Bill. When it was realized that he was too young, the club was notified.

Now where, has this info came from??? To be chatted about loosely on the boards?? Guess. Just guess. It wasn’t us. Someone with a vendetta going. And there was only one or two other people with that information. I’ll leave it at that. THAT is the other male used under 12 months. Now, breeders currently are using males that are under 12 months, and the akc is allowing it. I do not believe it is healthy for the male, knowing what I do about the growth of the neo. And I don’t believe anyone else who is honorable would do so. Yes, in ignorance and belief of doing the right thing, Merlin was bred at a too young age. Knowledge that is spouted forth from these forums should preclude that occurring at this time, 2009, right?? But, it doesn’t… Now, at least 2 others have put up on their individual web site, ACTUAL PLANS AND HAVE ACTUALLY BRED!!!! an 11 month old… that is an ELEVEN MONTH OLD!!!! puppy!!!!

Again, double standard. Oh, but that’s neos!! Right? WRONG!!!!

Ok, when someone else does it??? What if all 4 bitches had taken?

Would that have made this person a puppy miller??? Centurian has been judged by this very same criteria….

 And…… by whom??? Pray tell??

The same players…. 2 breeders from IN, one from MI, a married couple from NC, and a DEW, and her family and friends?????? What was it Jamie said on IC?? (Anita’s BFF, Jamie), I call BS!(how childish)

There has been a constant campaign since last summer, by the breeders from IN, and MI, and now, since this divorce has occurred, all the others… and now, the mob mentality has taken over….

What was it claimed?? The shocking numbers of litters??? Stated, I believe, 40… Not even close…But everyone forgets that.

And demands for proof?? Not simple requests, no polite questions, or …. “would you mind sharing this info with us??”  Who else in this WONDERFUL, KIND, COMPASSIONATE world of neos, gets DEMANDED for their proof? Can anyone provide even one name?? No one, because it is always Centurian. Always, and thus…. We have a bad reputation, because of this campaign, vendetta, by this clique. And I can, and have watched….. As this “clique” of breeders gets on UGM, and all of them swarm to threads I post, or are participating in. And then the negative comments start. So….. Yes, the other night, I was watching, as I was cleaning, working, etc…. and the mini messaging going on, surfing into the Amana post, where Merlin beat Bruno…..

Yeah!!!! And I am DAMN PROUD of him. He deserved it. He was the better dog that day. Joyce and Bill both talked to the judge AFTER the call, it had been raining in Iowa for days, or weeks, and it was incredibly muddy, up to our ankles. There were massive floods in areas. Roads were closed. Bruno is from a dry climate, isn’t he??? He didn’t want to move in the mud, I guess, and who can blame him? Merlin moved wonderfully, and dammit all!! My camera had a dead battery that day. Merlin deserved it, and I won’t say otherwise, and no, and as someone so kindly put it, lightning may not strike twice. No, but it did strike, in Iowa, and Merlin did beat Bruno, fairly, by a good neo judge. No…. lightening did not strike!!! Merlin was the top dog PER AKC!! in 2007, prior to the last 2 yrs, when Bruno was given that honor… Merlin is wonderful, he was chosen by akc judges in 2007!!! Why doesn’t he deserve it?? Why doesn’t Bill deserve SOMETHING?? Besides all this crap???? Why?

Does anyone else get treated like this??? We all know they don’t. Not anyone. Just Bill and I.

Bruno is an incredible dog!!! He was bred by incredible breeders! He has a wonderful owner, who loves him, and promotes him, successfully, and he deserves everything he wins. But… so does Merlin, and those who have bashed him, and said…. “he doesn’t deserve to be fed, or bred”, on IC. Wow!! Isn’t that sumpin?? And yeah, I do know who it was… Racoon…. Right. We know.

Just a little question, from little old me…. Why aren’t people helping rescue more?? Instead of being all involved in our lives?? What is the fascination?? Really, it’s obvious to me, and Bill, can not anyone else see it???? Why are people so AFRAID of this group of people??? Good god, look at the numbers of people looking at that thread, and posting…. And then, look at the rescue thread. That, is pitiful. It is….

And how others(same players), have gone on and on about him, on IC… about his rear, his topline, etc, etc…..

Did anyone EVER stop the bashing?? Or, was it just entertainment to most?? And anyone who DID want to defend Centurian, was blasted out of the water, by breeders, who had their own selfish motives.

Centurian did not start this battle/war. And the lines were drawn, and changed, as Anita was bashed on IC, many times, and then with the divorce, and the lines were redrawn, and info (reportedly true, but as can be seen, in the report of Merlin’s “bad heart”!)

Merlin is out of the 2^nd line of breeding here, at Centurian. The 2^nd generation. How many generations does that breeder have at that kennel??? I’m not even going to take the time to count. I’m not going to go on and on about our 4^th and 5^th generation coming up. They will be in the show ring. They will be here, in our home, occasionally, sleeping in my bed. These dogs are part of my family, they are loved. Do we have too many. Every one bitching about Centurian, because, we know, they have….. THE RIGHT TO BITCH!!!????  Keep forgetting we combined 2 kennels here, within the last 11 months. And tell me… Pray tell, who do we sell??? Which family member??

So yeah, it’s tough, but we do it, and will continue to do it, with a little help from our “FRIENDS?”. Yeah. Am I sarcastic?? Yeah, I am. Am I hurt?? Incredibly..

Let me tell you about another little incident, from the last year. Bill had moved out, was staying in motels, his truck, (yes), my house at times, Yeah, it wasn’t safe for him, here..etc, etc… and when the parvo epidemic started, he went back, and stayed, (again), in his room in the lower floor, (walkout basement, into the backyard…kennel area), this door into his room, was lockable, from the inside. But, one night, there were arguments, Bill had locked himself into his room, Anita and Jamie were in the house, Bill was there, unprotected, by himself. There is a 2 step walk down into the bedroom, itself. Anyway, Bill was trying to hold the door shut, so Anita and Jamie couldn’t break in. Anita did break the door in, and Bill fell down the 2 steps, onto the floor, carpeted, but cement floor. He was injured, and unable to move. Anita had been on the phone with Carol, (daughter in TX), and she (Carol) had already called the police.

I was at work, in the emergency dept, at my job, in Howell, MI, when Bill called me, while he was on the floor, injured. The police arrived, did NOTHING to assist Bill, did not offer help, did not offer to call an ambulance, again… Nothing. Did not arrest Anita for assault. The officers left, and LEFT ANITA AND JAMIE IN THE HOUSE!!! With Bill lying on the floor!!! I was on the phone with him, the whole time, I heard it….. I was panicking, in Michigan, 3 hours away, at work…. Bill wouldn’t let me call an ambulance for him. He did call the police back, and they came back, and made Jamie leave……. Yes… this is the craziness I have been dealing with for months. I thought and hoped it would get better after we “ransomed Merlin”, and the divorce was final. It was, for a short time, and then it accelerated.

We had car trouble one night, coming back from a show… and the dogs were left out by our help. We had thought we would be home by nine. Our wonderful, kind, compassionate neighbors didn’t even stop to wonder, or worry why our dogs were out and barking at 11 pm. No, our dogs are NEVER OUT AT 11PM!!! Never.. They just called the cops. And then the crap started. Not one person was worried about us, not our charming neighbors, nor the police. We could have been dead, in a ditch. But, who cares???

The man leading the charge, was offered a carpentry job, last year, by Bill. This man wasn’t working at the time. He wanted the job, but asked an exorbitant amt of money, hourly, more that Bill makes. Bill declined to hire him… The other leader, apparently has a prison record. And is buddies with the first guy. And the lies… OMG, our dogs are out??? All night long??? Not even close. My dogs come in, in the afternoon, when the weather is even questionable, for naps… They like to be babied. I baby them. Bill looks at me sometimes like I’m nuts, maybe I am. But it is, what it is….

Prior to me being here, dogs were NEVER allowed in the upstairs. Never. I have dogs in the kitchen with me, every day, all the time, 3 and 4 at a time. It, at times, makes Bill crazy, but, he deals with it, and me… becuz he loves me, and it makes me happy to have dogs under my feet, and me stepping over them.

When I first came here, there were dogs that scared me, and a couple bit me. They could NOT be trusted. Well, that has all changed. These dogs adore me, every one of them. Is that my claim to fame?? NO, but again, it is what it is.

They could NEVER be trusted together, due to the same sex aggression we have in neos..That is, the Centurian dogs.. And it was VERY true, here. Now, however, that has changed, also. No, not everyone can be out and together, I’m not stupid. But…. I have 4 and 5 dogs out together, playing, a lot of times. So does Bill. They have a great time, running, playing, and playing with us!! We KNOW who can be together, we know when it is getting time to separate, as Starr has said, you watch and see. You know your dogs. I know my dogs. And yes, for anyone curious… Mine??

On a post last winter, before Carol, (daughter) asked why I called Merlin; my dog?? Well, let me answer that question, now…… Merlin was injured, in an attempt, to heal the acl, we kept him, essentially, in lockdown, for over 6 weeks. (you see, an ACL can heal, if it is a partial tear, perhaps), He slept with us, at night, to break up his boredom. We helped him, on and off the bed, or made soft beds for him, on the floor, if that is what he wanted… And why was he mine??? Well, when he cried in pain, or needed to pee, in the middle of the night, it was me,(and Bill) who held him, comforted him. To lift him into vehicles, to go to the vet..To walk him, in snow, and in rain, and when it was 10 degrees below zero, to make sure he was ok. That is why he was my dog, and is my dog. No, I had no financial investment in him, just a day in to day out devotion to him. And he loves me. Not about money, to me, or Bill, but to others, you say the word, Merlin, and they see dollar signs.

I work in Valparaiso, in a hospital, emergency department.. It is about 35-45 minutes away. Bill usually takes me, and picks me up, because he worries about me driving home, tired, after a 12 hour shift. He always brings a dog or 2, (or 4), with him. I didn’t realize, but all of them are barking, yelling, and pushing to get to him, “Pick me, pick me!!!!”, to go. They want to come see me. They watch the er door, for me to come out.

So, yeah, I’m a puppy miller, I keep my dogs in a basement, it’s in deplorable conditions, etc, etc, etc… They are in small 3 x 5 foot cages, doubled up, as was reported at this zoning commission meeting… Yup, that happens… reported by a LIAR!!!!

And these women are so desperate to cause us problems, (it was laughed about at the health dept!!!) Calling to report an “illegal sewer??”, Called everywhere, the animal shelter, to report this “illegal sewer?!” Yes, Anita called them. Why?? I don’t know, I guess to cause us problems. The health dept came here, examined our septic, took pictures, and cleared it. And I INVITED the health department representative into our yard, our kennel, our house, our outside kennels, we toured it all, you see, because I have nothing to hide. It was all clean, all of it, and once again, I didn’t have to do this, I asked her to come see that we are responsible. And she made a report stating we are clean, dogs are well cared for, fresh water, etc, etc… She commented on the loud neighborhood dogs, and how quiet it is, in our kennel, even standing next to 2 litters of puppies!

And yes, I have a temper, you have all seen it.

I am a Taurus, the bull, I will fight and defend myself, and my LOVED ONES!! I won’t just lay down, and take it.

I have been so stressed by all these latest events, and earlier, that I now have been seen for chest pain, at my doctor, and the hospital. I have had a stress test, which I passed, thank you.. (sorry for those who were hoping I would drop dead). I couldn’t sleep, for the longest time…. You start to realize, these people are desperate, to destroy us, and you wonder where it will end??? Will someone come and kill my dogs??? If Bill doesn’t answer the phone, when I’m at work, is he injured, has someone hurt him?? Killed him?? I am now on more medicine, (prescribed). And my blood pressure is high, and I’ll probably end up on medicine for that, too. My bp has always been ok. Until now. Not crying, or whining, I knew what I had signed up for.

So, we have to make sure the dogs are put up, before we go anywhere, we can’t leave any, in the kennels, in the yard. I have had my neighbor, injure 2 of my dogs. (oh, and the police again, were very helpful!!) Desperate people, desperate measures. Where will it stop??? I’m not exaggerating. And then, the crap on IC, 2 weekends ago….. No, we didn’t make a show, we had planned on going to for MONTHS!! We had planned and were very excited to show for Rita Biddle. Oh…. And the lies…. It seems at times, no one has any honor.. I’m not going to beat that one, again, over the head… a lot of lies were told.

Rudy dropped his blood sugar. That has happened ONCE before. Once. And…. As Bill tried to explain, we take care of him, ourself. No one else. Why??? Well, let me try to explain, again. No one has ever seen a neo pup with diabetes, why, you may ask??? Well, it’s because IT DOESN’T HAPPEN!!! Does anyone else know of a case???? We watch him very closely if his sugar drops, and he can’t be stressed. So, we couldn’t go. Sorry. We were very disappointed, but it wasn’t even a question. We weren’t going, we had a dog that needed us to stay home. We stayed home. Some one else may not do the same thing, some one else may have other ways of dealing with problems, but, this is our life, and we have a right to do what we decide. Why does everyone feel they have the right to discuss us, and our decisions, and question our motives? And question the way we handle things….(I would have loaded up 5 dogs and gone to the show!….paraphrasing..)

Does anyone else get put under a microscope?? Do they??? NO.

Just Centurian, specifically, Bill and I. And then smack was started AGAIN, about Merlin….. So, I asked, after a admin on UGM stated on IC, about breeders showing their breeding stock, I inquired about Ferdinando. Bitchy, maybe. Ok, yes…. But that statement was made. I didn’t make it.

Double standards? You tell me. I never said he wasn’t an incredible dog, he is.

But, this same group, this Clique, and now, how many are in it?? Add a breeder from CA?? Who is promoting RIGHT NOW a breeding he has, involving a stud, from the same kennel as Ferdinando??? Just my thoughts . And this UGM admin, stated, after Carol, (again daughter) put it out there, on IC, that Merlin has a bad heart! Because, “he’s still alive!“. Carol offered to get the “xrays”, but… she knew all along, that Merlin does not have a bad heart, because he had been cleared!!!….. And she has no right to his “xrays”, or his echocardiogram, no, none of his records, he isn’t hers. Oh, yes… Nice.

And right before JC locked that thread, Bill responded that Merlin had a murmur as a puppy, and had been cleared, or else, everyone in the neo world, now, would still be saying…. Merlin has a bad heart!!! Why, because someone who used to be at Centurian, (but now has a HUGE grudge, said so!) Did anyone, anyone??? Say, wow, I’m sorry?? I was wrong??? Nope, didn’t happen, and won’t ever, not with these players… Up to, and yes, including admin at UGM. Not Starr, Not Phil.

Should I have carried that online fight to UGM??? NO, I shouldn’t. But, I did, and I’m human. And I’m pissed. I am sick to death of Merlin being bashed on these forums. He was top dog in 2007, not by Centurian’s claim, no… by the AKC official standings!! And it’s not about me, it’s not about Bill, it’s not even about Anita, this is about Merlin!! He is a wonderful dog. He’s not perfect, but, he is mine. I defend him. Why wouldn’t I? Did anyone congratulate us, because Merlin won? No, but why would anyone? We didn’t put that up, for over a month, because why would we brag?? I put that up one day, when I was pissed!!! Oh, yeah, lightning struck!! Am I bitter? I’m not. I expected THIS!!

I’m sick and tired of the bullcrap out there. And … yes, the double standards. Centurian has a bad rep, why, because _____ and Company say so… and the mob jumps in…. Who else gets examined with a microscope? Who??? Who else gets demanded to post proof??? Who?? Can anyone name anyone?? WE care about our dogs, we care about our puppy homes, and families, why wouldn’t we??? And on UGM, after I said I was done, multiple times, I was baited, to respond, by Deacon, Charina, and yes, and admin, who took down his most inflammatory posts, and banned me. Was Deacon banned? Was Charina banned? Or were friends shown favoritism? This is my opinion. Just mine.

This is only a small part of what has gone on here, in our very private, (and public… because everyone has a right to be in our life!!!), a very small part…. I could write a book… May be one day, I will…

I am from Michigan. I had Maddie and Click cleared, OFA cardiac clearance, over a year ago. There are NO cardiologists in the immediate area, here. The ones I contacted in Chicago, want $125 for the certification. I paid $25 for it, in Michigan, per dog. And loved the cardiologist, he was wonderful. Soo…. We will be making trips to Michigan, to certify our dogs, in the future, hopefully, near future….

And.. Since everyone has to know about litters… produced here, “shocking numbers”… here it is, from the akc, and please delete Merlin and Delilah, 2009, that litter was delivered in Iowa. And this doesn’t count our 3 (three!) breedings. That is under MY account at akc.

Have at it!! Yup, check out those shocking numbers!! Is everything here perfect, and wonderful? No, it isn’t. Is it our right to live our lives?? Yes, it is, especially as long as we behave in a responsible, and ethical manner. And, we do…

That’s my story, a very small part of it… so have at it. Like I said, I’m done. I’m human, just as everyone else is, and I’m tired of being bashed continuously, by people I consider to be unethical, for good reasons, which I don’t have to announce here. But, I am ethical, I am a good person. I care for my dogs, other’s dogs, and people. I help when and if I can. I even help new people in the ring, even if they then turn on me. I am who and what I am. I’m not sorry, I care. I’m just too tired, to deal with all the bullshit any longer.

Why does it have to be this way? Why? These are all incredible dogs, the Neapolitan mastiff! Our beloved Mastini? From the world champion, to the unwanted ugly dog in rescue. Why can’t people join together and help and improve this breed? Well, I guess it’s because, IMHO, it’s not about the dog to many others. It’s about self serving reasons, power, prestige, and the god almighty dollar!!!! Well, it’s not for me, nor Bill, and it never will be. Thanks for listening.
